Built for the neighborhood
Upkeep started in Vancouver, WA because we saw a gap — homeowners needed reliable, fairly priced help around the house without the runaround. We built the crew we wished existed.
How it started
Upkeep was founded in Vancouver, WA by a small team of tradespeople who were tired of seeing neighbors get overcharged or left waiting by no-shows. We believed that good work, done on time, at a fair price, should be the standard — not the exception.
We started with lawn care and cleaning, then expanded into handyman repair, pressure washing, and mobile detailing as our customers kept asking. Every service we offer is one we've done hundreds of times in this community.
